      Great company culture that CAREs for it's employees. Management is open and receptive to new ideas and are quick to reward hard work.

      Pay could be better, promotions could be sooner.

      Good SaaS product; Great location; Qtrly meetings to share about the company's growth and future plans.

      Cons

      The culture is highly political and it starts with top management. The management does not beleive or respect in the employee's job or career. Lot of back stabbing which leads to lots of sress. . One needs to be closely connected to the top management to grow.
