      Top down management and micro management If you are not part of the management, do not expect much job growth, hikes, bonuses, stock options Management spends too much time talking amongst themselves, setting goals for themselves, attending conferences, training sessions with no regards to career planning for individual contributors.       An opportunity to make a lot of money and really enjoy the positive culture. Exec team very approachable. Great people as well. Really enjoy the team as well as the money. A great place to work.

      Pros

      Its fun to come to work and I love the people. Our customers love us and we love them. Our foundation, XactlyOne does good for the community all around us. Everyone in the company seems to consistently live the core values (CARE). People are respected and rewarded for good work

      Cons

      I never want to leave. Sometimes there is more work than I can get done in a day, but I love the diversity of work and projects
