Work hard for little reward.

Pros

The activities that we had were fun. The fact that we had relocated to downtown San Jose was awesome. The basement was a great idea, though I wish it was kept up more.

Cons

There were very little opportunities for managerial growth. Maybe because it was taking time for the company to grow. The layoffs are disappointing. Especially since Chris kept telling us how great the company was doing.

Pros

Xactly employees are all very dedicated to the company, its core values and the company's mission. The atmosphere is fun yet hard working and the employee population is young, smart and real "go-getters". The management team is very strong and capable and come from great backgrounds, allowing the company to be led in an upward direction. The company is located right in the heart of downtown San Jose and has established powerful industry partnerships and an impressive customer base. The product, combined with management's expertise, makes Xactly the industry leader.

Cons

I live far away and the commute is not ideal, but when you love what you do, the drive isn't a deal breaker.

Pros

Xactlians are all doers, regardless of title or position. An Xactlian will do what ever it takes to honor the company's core values, Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (CARE). In a small company you are able to connect with upper management as well as your peers. In addition, our senior management is able to interface with our customers when they visit for training. Our HR support team is always planning events that recognize that we can work hard and play hard. As a company, we are very passionate about giving back to the community through food drives, holiday toy drives and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

Cons

In a small company, often you are only one of two in a department, so there is alot of work to do and as a global company we support customers in EMEA and APAC time zones. My day can start at 6:30 am and not end til 6:30 pm
