Poor leadership and direction, nepotism within the company, VC ownership resulting in not really caring about employees, high turnover, lack of direction with products. Most importantly, some departments are woefully understaffed and senior leadership will do absolutely nothing about it, if they are even aware that a problem exists. They may speak of work/life balance but the promises are largely empty.
