      Autonomy. Flexible work hours. IT guys are quick to respond with issues.

      Cons

      CEO is completely tone deaf and therefore has created a toxic work environment where bad behavior is rewarded. Culture of lies and backstabbing comes from the top and trickles down. Core values are a joke. There is a total lack of accountability. Don't bother. Stay away.
