      The company actually stands on its CORE values-CARE ( Customer, accountability , respect and Excellence). Managers are very nice, They help each other even if you are not a part of the team.

      Little more process to be set considering company is growing exponentially.

      Flexible work hours and WFA policy.

      Cons

      Jobs here are micro-managed at every level. Daily team "stand-ups" that end up lasting 30 minutes, plus a weekly team meeting for an additional hour. Required to submit a daily status update every day, describing what you worked on, in addition to a weekly status report detailing what you did all week.
