Great people - intelligent, driven Given autonomy High performance Huge growth Supportive environment - if you need and ask for it (autonomy) I absolutely would, and have, recommended to friends to work here, and would only do so under caveat that they would perform and thrive here too.

Cons

High performance means high pressure - some people thrive others may not. Different teams, different departments have different management styles/cultures - may suit some and not others - so need people who can put on different hats or speak up constructively to make things work.
