Pros

1. Great environment for you to grow and develop your skills set. You will work very hard but it will make you better at what you do. 2. Good remuneration and many opportunities to get recognition. 3. You will be working mostly with very intelligent, talented, ambitious and motivated individuals. You cannot slack but you will also see firsthand the contributions you are making. 4. Pre COVID, when we could go into the office, everyone from the CEO would say hi and ask you how you are. Lots of chocolates and doughnuts. A very warm and friendly place to work. When I first joined that was something I really appreciated. 5. Most people in the company do care though they may have a funny way of showing it. 6. You will work with a lot of diverse individuals and personalities which makes it a fun place to be. 7. There is support for personal development/training if you ask for it. 8. Overall it was a ride with ups and downs just have to decide how much of the good you are willing to take with the bad.

Cons

1. Depending on the role you may find at times it is high pressured. 2. During my time I experienced a high turnover of managers which could change your working experience very quickly. 3. Some elements of favouritism. 4. Sudden organisational changes which can be seen as a positive and negative but if you enjoy stability that could be problematic. 5. Not great if you have a young family or looking to start one. There is a lot more that can be done to support that group. 6. More support during COVID as the initial stance was that 'nothing has changed', however more is being done now to support the well being of staff. 7. Time tracking being submitted at 5.00pm on Fridays whilst you are still doing the work that needs to be captured in the time tracking! #painful

Pros

Good staff events (even through Covid we have had cocktail making, biscuit decorating and other departmental events) Some good mental health incentives (breathing workshops, twice a month chat sessions to name a couple) Decent array of benefits on offer Some great colleagues Growing business so great to feel like you have job security in these uncertain times

Cons

Lots of unpaid and unacknowledged overtime throughout the company, feels like now we are not commuting the time saved is now spent working Lack of trust and too much control Micro management
