Pros

Innovative company concept. You meet great people in shops and companies all across the US.

Cons

Listen to all the other reviews that are most helpful. This place drowns employees in work, disrespects boundaries, and intentionally tries to use anxiety and shame to meet unrealistic goals at the expense of your health. All this occurs while dangling promotions in your face with no intent to offer fair raises and actually moves upward in the organization.

Pros

A few very talented and passionate coworkers!

Cons

As the title states, few terrible middle management driven by even worse upper management made my time here unbearable. I’ve heard so many horror stories from other project engineers being lead by clueless and belligerent COO, lack of standardized procedures, unrealistic expectations, and poor morale. I’ve personally received solicitations for positive reviews in a poor attempt to offset the truthful reviews for this company, which only leads to more skepticism. Endless micromanagement and last minute panic attacks as a result of poor planning at a corporate level is a recipe for disaster as the company grows. Eventually, the rubber stamping of compliance and sweeping the true issues under rugs will rear it’s ugly head. While most of the business was sourced from overseas, they proudly tout the “American Manufacturing” in the media is nothing short of shameful. If you enjoy the micromanagement while being under compensated at an unorganized company, be my guest. If you have half of a brain and motivation to grow in your profession, please dedicate your precious time elsewhere. It was a good leaning experience of the type of companies to stay away from. Do not buy into the lies of pleasant work environment and false promises as the talent acquisition team promises. I regret not leaving sooner and should have read and believed other reviews.
