Xometry is one of those companies that you get to work at maybe once in your lifetime. This is a tech startup that makes physical things for thousands of customers in partnership with hundreds of manufacturers across the US, doubling in size every year, moving fast and solving hard new problems every day. Led by an inspiring entrepreneur with a proven track record. You’re surrounded by smart coworkers who work hard and have fun. Most people would take a pay cut to check off these boxes, but at Xometry the wages are competitive and the future points to professional growth.

None. If you’re looking for easy, this ain’t it.

Work is intellectually challenging. Building complex pricing algos to predict custom product design costs in seconds. I am never bored. Great mix of people and talents from machinists to college profs. Learning a lot about manufacturing, stuff I never knew. Awesome team of coworkers.

Company needs to get more involved in local start-up scene.
