      Disappointing management, they just want to keep their jobs

      Great salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      Company hires C— talent with A++ salaries, mainly directors and above. Company is running with a very few people, mostly with those in bottom of the ladder and couple of technical leaders and with technologies built 10 years ago. Management spoiled the company’s years of Technical reputation by promoting people with no respectable technical expertise as CTOs. Marketing team talent is 000, unable to sell the best technologies. Operations management is worthless of any job. HR team has no backbone.

      HR, most of higher management, pay and benefits

      Cons

      Most people are good. There are a few bad apples that have been at the company too long and have gained seniority and some management responsibilities. They appear as great employees to upper management, but bully and undermine others, making it difficult to work.

      Free Parking Sometimes free snacks & beverages Paychecks were on time and correct 90% of time

      Poor leadership No work life balance Constantly being blamed for items not in your control You are encouraged to lie customers Senior Management openly berating and bullying employees to get his way No regards for employee health and safety during the pandemic
