      - good work life balance - nice cafeteria, front desk lady is nice, nice in-office gym

      Cons

      - some people have been there too long and are too comfortable - job/role clarity is lacking and they know it - seems like leadership is siloed even within - lack of career growth within company - outdated systems - lack of company morale

      - Ghost layoffs, including middle management - Overtime is expected - early-morning meetings with the EMEA team (7-8AM) and late-night calls with the India team (around 11PM) - Office culture and amenities have significantly declined due to ongoing cost-cutting measures
