Pros

There were some genuinely great coworkers.

Cons

When I first joined Service Autopilot, it was one of the best places I’d ever worked. Leadership genuinely cared, the culture was strong, and the team felt valued. After the acquisition by Clearent and then Xplor, everything changed for the worse. Xplor dismantled the culture that Jonathan and John spent years building. Employees stopped being people and became metrics. Priorities shifted entirely toward revenue, not product quality, service, or customer experience. Morale dropped, turnover rose, and the software suffered for it. Promotions often felt disconnected from performance or competence. My last manager had no grasp of the role, no leadership skills, and no clear direction for the team. It was frustrating and demotivating to watch capable people be overlooked while the organization declined. What began as an exceptional company became, under Xplor, the worst work environment I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone based on the direction it’s taken.

Pros

The team that I worked with were wonderful! helpful and cared for each others growth. This company also has great benefits

Cons

Too many changes happening so suddenly Mass layoffs throughout the year, makes people fear for their job. receiving many different managers due to the layoffs, my most recent manager was terrible! Also for my role, i was paid too little compared to others with the same role.

Xplor Technologies Response

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re dedicated to building a culture at Xplor where every Xplorer feels included, valued and empowered to make an impact. That’s why inclusion and diversity are at the heart of our Xplor values. We’re proud that 33% of our Senior Leadership Team and 1/3 of our Technology Leadership Team (that Engineering is a part of) is female, and approximately 20% of all Xplorers identify as racially or ethnically diverse. We say approximately because it’s difficult to assess race and ethnicity globally, as it’s defined differently across regions and some countries prohibit us from asking for or tracking this data. That said, we do track this data where we can because we believe measuring this is one of the steps we can take to improving it. We know we’ve still got work to do when it comes to building an inclusive culture, and we’re committed to doing this work. That’s why we recently launched a 3-year strategy called Inclusion Ignites Innovation, and a big part of this strategy is focused on how we can attract, develop and retain diverse talent. You can read the full strategy in the Knowledge Library on Workplace, just search for “Inclusion” in the search box. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback, we really appreciate it.
