      Let's just state the facts - majority of the team under performing - sr leadership incompetent - over half the management staff has left this year - toxic, uncomfortable work environment (harassment from sr leaders)

      Ambitious tech with a lot of leadership issues

      - Lack of transparency and effective communication - Constant leadership turnover - Inconsistency at the Executive level Leadership is completely out of touch and clueless as to how to run this company. I literally watched the CEO of my dept return from maternity leave and post an announcement about high-level executive layoffs "softened" by a promise for "baby pictures soon!". It was shockingly tone-deaf and a huge red flag. This company bought a ton of smaller companies and has absolutely no direction from leadership on how to manage them. They seem to be spinning their wheels most of the time and the constant changes in approach and direction for projects cause them to usually completely derail. Overall, they don't seem to have a vision for the future of this company, morale is about as low as I've ever seen at a tech company with no plans to improve it in sight (they aren't hitting their overly ambitious company goals so don't expect bonuses, travel, or any sort of perks).

We know this is something that matters for a lot of our people. That said, we’re sorry to hear there are some parts of working at Xplor that you’ve not enjoyed.       My team is great, and orange is my favorite color

      read the benefits carefully- there is always an asterisk next to the benefits. Fun fact- I was denied parental leave because I wasn't with the company for 12 months- Ive been with the company for 11 when the baby arrives. How crappy is that, right? (HR Im looking at you). PTO is not flexible- only when they decide they want to approve it.

We know that parents need flexibility, and while we try our best to have policies in place for all situations, we won’t always get it right. Feedback like this is really useful as we keep making Xplor a great place to work. Policies are important in any workplace as they help clarify the rules and standards for everyone. This is especially true in a company growing as fast as ours. Clear policies and procedures keep things transparent and fair for everyone. Becoming a parent is a massive milestone and we’d encourage you to discuss this matter with your manager and with our People team, to look at all your options. Our approach to PTO (paid time off) is flexible, and we believe it’s incredibly important that every Xplorer takes time off throughout the year to rest and recharge. We ask every Xplorer to discuss planned time off with their manager, so that our managers can plan appropriately.
