Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you think there are lots of opportunities for learning and development at Xplor, and that we offer good benefits. We also agree with you that Xplor is made up of great people who are wonderful to collaborate with, and we’re glad you enjoyed that part of being at Xpor. We’re sorry to hear there are aspects of working at Xplor that you didn’t enjoy though, and we’ve passed on this feedback. We know our leaders have an important role to play in creating a great experience for all our Xplorers. That’s why we introduced a new leadership development program this year, making sure all our leaders have the skills and resources they need to support their teams. We also introduced a new performance management process called Xplor GPS, where leaders have regular 1:1s and check-ins with their people, so everyone understands how their work and goals align with our wider business objectives, the direction we’re heading and what’s expected of them. We’re also proud of what we’ve achieved with our Inclusion Ignites Innovation D&I strategy, but we know there’s always more work to do.
