Pros

Only pro is that this is a job and in this market companies like Xplor pays bills.

Cons

Leadership and PE have no idea what to do with Xplor. Leadership is definitely below average compared to all the leaders in technology landscape. In this connected world who makes a company by combining payments business with a SaaS company.

Lacking pay severely benefits keep getting cut upper management has unrealistic expectations and are unaware of the reality of the situation

Pros

Pay was reasonable for entry-level support. Flexible Time Off -- but time off still has to be approved, so it can't conflict with other people who have time off already Free Udemy account Joon health reimbursement program available to all employees, NOT benefits

Cons

Management will hold employees hostage in their current role instead of letting them explore other areas. Management refuses to hold other employees accountable who are cheating the system, ie. manipulating the support queue so they can take extra breaks. Management expects employees to perform extra duties outside of their regular ones and then gets upset with the normal ones aren't completed.
