      Pros

      Was easy work until we ran out of leads and was still made to hit ridiculous targets. Most of my colleagues were supportive and lovely. A part from management, the people made it.

      Cons

      Management is useless, they're just digging themselves a massive grave. They went back on their word and HR does not care about you, they're only supporting the company. Made to make ridiculous call numbers and targets. If you don't make target you're shamed in front of the weekly team meetings. It's a boys club as well, if you're not a part of it then you're not going to get that raise or promotion.

      confused - so is everyone here

      lots of opportunity to make the role your own and work hard

      Cons

      confused and poor management. Very average salary. Going to IPO so more interested in bottom line than people who work there. High churn resulting in loss of experience and skills.
