That’s why we’ve introduced our Leading @ Xplor programme, to help develop our People Leaders and make sure they’re equipped to lead and support their teams in the right way. At Xplor, we believe in fair and equitable pay and benefits, and we aim to pay a competitive market rate for all roles, recognizing the location and market where the role is based. We conduct regular pay and benefits reviews, and if we fall short, we commit to fixing this as quickly as we can. We’ve also recently introduced an Annual Xplorer Bonus Plan, giving every Xplorer the opportunity to share in the success of our company.
