Pros

I did work with some great people, some of whom are still friends. Interesting work and a caring culture as ITT.

Cons

Incredibly political. As Xylem, very cold and uncaring towards the employees. Cut, cut, cut - yet people with questionable jobs or are total suck-ups remain. Lots of "peter principle" at the top.

IT Upper management is clueless. Overall the number of directors and VPs need/will be reduced by ~75%. Missed earnings will contribute to the constant layoffs.
