      Pros

      No serious work needed, though may depending on segment you are. So, work-life balance is good if you are ambitious to take advantage of that.

      Cons

      Cannot focus on productive work. You are "cooperation citizen", all kind of propaganda, you need to serve those who creates there job in that area, watermark, safety, iso, black belt, kazen,S3, etc. etc. Terrible insurance, high deductible, people are afraid of seeing doctor, nothing covered except a few of preventive care. Your vacation evaporates every year. Upper managers, including CEO (I don't think he knows anything about managements) spams meetings and email to promote their propaganda. You can imagine how the lower managers would be under that system.
