      Pros

      The company offers extensive employee development. It is growing fast and is very international. The innovation and design departments are strong.

      Cons

      Too few employees to meet internal KPI's. KPI's are focused on too much rather than quality of the work in some departments. Profits are more important that employee pay. Yearly merit pay increase based on a super excellent review was capped at 2%. No increase for cost of living as worldwide inflation was near 0%

      Pros

      New joint venture is eager to grow, very bright future for the company. Great people and great learning and working environment. Decent pay, location allows very decent living condition with the salary

      Cons

      Just became a new joint venture, still in honey moon period. A lot of detail like raise percentage per year is not experienced by us. Hard for us to tell if we like it or not.
