      Pros

      Great place to be! Opportunities for advancement are available in many areas! Clean environment to work in & if you like OT, this is a good place to be.

      Cons

      Too many hours at times, but they do offer plenty of vacation time. Communication could be better, but that's common.

      Strong global systems that has the ability to make processes transparent and responsibilities clear. Teamwork is part of the culture.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough training to empower employees to us these strong systems.

      Pros

      Good pay with opportunity for small bonuses (non-management). Start w/ 3 weeks vacation. Good 401k match.

      Cons

      Reactive instead of proactive mentality. Expected to be available 24/7 to react to preventable problems that are allowed to repeat themselves over and over. Lack of accountability for poor performance. A lot of "check the box" activities for multiple layers upper management
