Trainers are available to assist employees with questions and provide ongoing support so that each employee can feel confident as they train and learn about our software and protocols. Pros

The pay is good and depending on your position you could work from home with a setup.

Cons

With the rotating schedules, it makes it tricky at best or impossible at worst to keep a stable work/life balance. Management tries to fail calls you've taken by changing standards the same day with little to no notice. Management also tends to back track what they say is and is not a fail. Get everything in writing before accepting anything they say is a new procedure or policy.

As our culture is based on kindness, support, respect, and transparency, it is surprising that you did not feel more comfortable sharing your concerns directly with your manager or HR after being an employee for over 4 years. We respect your opinion; however, this is vastly different than what we hear from our other talented Customer Service Representatives. We care deeply about work/life balance and encourage you to contact the Vice President of HR to discuss further.

Cons

Everyone is sneaky and anything you talk about will lead to hr and could potentially loose your job just based on future goals of yours that don’t revolve around the company.
