-Decent Benefits -Remote -Learned a lot -Great job out of college

Cons

-Software for web design was constantly buggy -Clients were very demanding -Managers were veryyyy micro-managing -Too much admin work, spent half my day just trying to keep all of the different platforms up to date -Low pay for the area -Not lenient with time management -Felt like I was constantly in competition with everyone because the team were brown nosing

Pros

It's a great job if your fresh out of college.

Cons

My supervisor had a very challenging management style that made it difficult for me to feel supported in my role. She often communicated with me in a demeaning and rude manner, which made me feel undervalued and demotivated. This style of management inhibited my ability to perform at my best and impacted my overall experience at the company. Also the pay is below industry standards.
