All of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms and in addition to 100% paid health care premium, vacation condos, and tuition reimbursement, our benefits also include a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, paid parental leave, flex time, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more!       The benefits and PTO are both great perks of working at Yardi! Without more details about what "breaks," we're not able to help. If you're referring to coffee machines or toasters, they're easy fixes!       I like my co workers and was treated nicely by management.

      I did not feel like I was reaching my potential everyone seemed very stagnant.
