Pros

Great people and good benefits.

Cons

Weak salary and a lot of micromanagement. Everything is monitored which isn't so bad but then when the data is reviewed it is often mis-interrupted by out of touch management. Basically if you want to be happy here you need to lose any personal opinion or ideas and start drinking the kool-aid or start looking elsewhere for work. Overall the company is technologically behind and trying to catch up which it has managed to do by buying better companies.

Pros

Location and departments other than Accounting and HR

Cons

Accounting Department management and HR, very immature business attitude. Make sure you ask questions about medical benefits, not all plans are paid premiums by the company.

Pros

Good place to get exposure to consulting within a SaaS company Some teams are fun to work with (assuming the right crowd) Salary is good -- pay what you are worth in the market based on degrees and experience Decent traveling policy Exposure to products in the real-estate market

Cons

Difficult for a fresh consultant with no "real-estate" software background to effectively work in this environment hence the "clique" -- many of the employees started off from other departments and are knowledgeable in the product (without documentation) Management expects you to know the ins and outs of the software without providing proper training -- resort to elearning as number one option (frankly elearning doesn't give you the opportunity to resolve issues when it's time to work on client environment) Many of the processes and procedures lack documentation -- difficult for new employees to get on the "band wagon" If no work, you could be sitting on the bench for 4-6 months; company has difficult managing consultants/employees who are not on-site Vertical ladder ambiguous in terms of career path -- you are stuck in the position you were hired for
