Needs lots of improvement in the Atlanta office
Pros
Stable company. Growing. Free and decent benefits for employees. Gained some decent experience that allowed me to go elsewhere and make more money. Laid back environment. Flexible (unless you have a certain team lead). Made some great friends.
Cons
Management gossips a lot with each other and other employees. Everyone will know your business. No growth unless you are in the "in" crowd with management. Low pay compared to the industry. Low raises. Complaints to HR are passed right back to the very management that you are complaining about. You are labeled "toxic" if you are not satisfied and that is what the director said in a staff meeting when we were reviewing results of an employee survey. That shows what he really thinks about some of his staff.
