Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see salary increases as our employees grow in their roles with Yardi and increase their subject matter knowledge.       1. You'll have some excellent benefits that start on day 1. 2. You'll be working with some awesome and amazing people.

      Cons

      Lately, there have been concerns about our jobs being outsourced. The open positions on the client success teams don't appear to be back-filled. That along with layoffs have made a few of us feel uneasy. We're seeing Programming take on a greater role with delivering solutions to clients. Does this mean in a year or two or three, that all solutions and all TAM work will be done by them?
