Pros

YES is an organization that truly cares about their employees. They know your name, they value your opinion and most importantly, they value your input and your contributions. It is easy for me to sell this company to prospective employees because I have the best product to sell, my company. This is a culture of employee and customer validation, we are not a number on a balance sheet, we matter. I am here as long as YES will have me!! I am a northern girl and a job offer from YES completely changed my life moving to the south for YES, leaving behind everything I knew or was comfortable with, the best choice I could have ever made, no regrets. YES will push you and challenge you and I would not have it any other way!

Cons

It took me too long to get to YES,

Pros

Yes! is all about giving us an opportunity to grow. I was submitting my resume to many open positions in the administrative field. However, I either had no call backs or was told that I was not qualified for the job because I had previously worked at McDonald's for 10 years and anytime they saw my resume all they thought I knew was how to flip burgers. I was not given an opportunity to share my skills and experience in hiring, training, and managing a successful business. However, Adam took a chance on me and hired me. I started as a collector and within a year in a half I became a community manager. I have now worked for the company for 4 years and am loving it.

Cons

The only thing I can say is that you need to be prepared to work. You have to be able to adapt to change on a daily basis.
