Great training from upper management and corporate. Bonus and salary were above average. Open line of communication with district and regional manager. Great co workers to help at your property if needed.

Cons

Not having a full time leasing/sales agent. Not being employed with Yes! Any longer. Truly miss being part of a winning team.

Good benefits, awesome support from Regional Manager and all staff in our Denver office, fun family atmosphere, incentives for hard work. Yes Communities is just a great company to work for. They care about their employees and residents.

Cons

There are no cons for the company itself. Hands down the best company I have ever worked for.

Pros

I have worked as a property management professional for more than 20 years and until I came to Yes! Communities, I never knew what it felt like to truly be feel like a values part of team. Yes! makes coming to work a pleasure. The company has a very casual feel, but is also very structured, you never have to guess what is expected of you and you always have the support of upper management when you need them. I have the best of the best for my entire team, RM, DM, VP, fellow CMs and their teams.

Cons

For me, it was that I waited too long to become a part of this team.
