      Pros

      I have worked for Yes! Communities as a Property Manager for 7 years. This is the only company I have worked for that thrives for their employees. They offer assistance with hands on training and numerous tools to help you succeed in your daily tasks.

      Pros

      This is a great, friendly, helping environment to work in. The stress is not too overwhelming and it is great to get to know your residents and help any way you see possible. They allow you to conduct business your way and only intervene if needed.

      Cons

      I believe the back bone of this company is the maintenance people and sometimes they are "treated" as separates. I believe with including them in the May meetings or doing more as a team more often will show how much we really care.

      Before working for Yes Communities I was working in the business for 11+ years, and if ask which company would I rather work for it would have to be YES COMMUNITIES hands down! I have been with Yes for 8 years and I feel as if my voice matters and the atmosphere is truly awesome, you feel like family. They offer great benefits, good pay and they like to promote within the company, they truly believe in giving back to their employee's and residents. Without a doubt one of the best jobs I've had.

      We need more employees in maintenance positions.
