      Pros

      Yes! Communities is the most amazing company to work for! There's a reason this company is a 6 year winner of the industries MHI Award for Community Operator of the year! The companies name, Yes!, was chosen for a reason. It is the primary culture of the company to always say Yes!, being positive in all situations and finding a way to make it work. The leaders are innovative visionaries who are inspirational and accomplished industry veterans. I would recommend this company to anyone who is searching for a stable company who offers great benefits, good compensation, opportunity for growth and offers a positive culture that fosters respect for not only it's employees but its customer as well.

      Pros

      They try to promote within. They have a good platform for a company culture. They operate from the bottom up not vice versa. The field staff have a voice. They take care of their staff and residents alike.

      Cons

      They are the top in their industry and that comes from long hours, dedication, and commitment. This is a very forward thinking company and you must be adaptable to change. This kind of environment may not be enjoyed by all.

      Pros

      I really enjoy my career with Yes. I recently was asked, "If you could change anything about the company, what would it be?" I realized that my answer was easy, I couldn't think of one thing that I would change. I have seen company-wide changes that were a direct result of issues that I identified, suggested ways to fix it and ultimately worked with an incredibly supportive Home Office until we had a solution. Yes Communities is a very forward-thinking supportive company that I enjoy working for :)

      Cons

      Same as any other company. The difference is that Yes is open to change and improvement.
