Lack of support from corporate. Seriously detached in their decision making. Will order to terminate on site staff for perceived slights that do not exist, etc. Interventions are often unrealistic and more burdensome than productive. Problems with payroll and simple changes (W-2 declaration for instance) take a long time and constant follow up to resolve.

Management in the facility I was in did not seem to care what was or was not done by the staff. Staff was not held accountable for their actions. Often lost really good nurses because really bad nurses treated them badly causing them to quit, management aware but did nothing to stop this from occurring over and over. Coworkers created a hostile environment.
