Pros

Enjoyed the team I worked with. Amazing DON. Since I've resigned, I am yet to meet the same team.

Cons

Corporate sets unreachable goals without providing us with necessary tools or staffing to meet those goals. Very stressful. Wages are much lower than any other RN JOB, especially after 2-3 years of experience. I am making 9$ per hour more for doing much less now. It's not right.

I am very disappointed to read your review because it certainly reflects a far different work environment than we are striving to create. We have several avenues you may utilize to communicate issues that you have with any of our policies. I recommend that you start with your Health Services Administrator, Employee Relations Department, or our third party ethics and compliance line hot line. Thank you for taking the time to write a review we value your feedback, Sally Powers Chief Human Resources Officer

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of Corizon Health. We’ve gone through a series of corporate changes over the past five years, but I believe that with our current leadership team and our new ownership and board of directors, we have entered a period of stability and growth. We are hired with taxpayer dollars to provide healthcare to one of society’s most under-served populations in an extremely challenging environment in which to provide those services. Thanks to our dedicated and experienced people, we succeed in our mission, as you noted in your review. As you wrote, it is not an environment that allows for many perks. We have a responsibility to be good stewards of the taxpayer dollar and to maximize available resources to provide care to our patients, but we believe we offer competitive compensation and benefits. Thank you for your years of service at Corizon Health and for the role that you play in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. Sincerely, Jim Donovan Executive Vice President | Chief Operations Officer
