      good pto for the area

      not enough staff -management is rude and disrespectful. Tells you they could care less if you stay or go. select few have a get out of jail pass.

      Pay is great, DON's are great.

      Need more training on protocols and procedures as a new hire. Throw you right in sink or swim. Unorganized work environment.

      Was a great place to work until change in executive management

      None any more, very talented people are leaving in droves

      Cons

      Was a great place to work, people at all levels had respect for all of the employees, like one big family, but over the last year, worth new computer that's all changed. More ivory tower than I've ever seen, and it's all a huge clique now. People live in fear of the ceo and it's become a huge depressive place to work.
