Leadership has horrible communication in all aspects of daily operations. No concern for the general welfare and taking care of inmates unless they have a lawsuit or have filed a grievance. Rules that should apply for all, including leadership, do not. Lower level staff micro managed and disciplined when site leadership gets away with exact same infractions. Illogical business practices that make a big impact on productivity and staff satisfaction.
