Thank you for your feedback. Working in any correctional environment can certainly be stressful. Additionally, the requirements of the position one holds could complicate stress as well. Making sure that all of the position requirements are known, asking others who may be able to assist, and alerting your supervisor/manager are ways that can help elevate some of that stress. As far as conflict, should we determine that an investigation is warranted, anyone involved in said conflict is interviewed, along with any potential witnesses, and appropriate remedial action is taken. Due to confidentiality, should corrective action be taken, this would not be shared with others.
