      I have been a nurse for over 20 years and this company was the worst ever,a complete nightmare to work for.

      Pay was good but not worth it.

      Cons

      Bad management, no follow through from senior management, incompetent physicians, bullying, threats, mandated overtime because they couldn't keep staff. PTO hours you couldn't use without getting negative ' points' added up against you. Equipment failure and no replacements. Inmates dying from poor medical care. Unsafe conditions. Fear of retaliation. Hated, hated, hated it.

      Nasty co-workers, medical staff and security. Lacked leadership. Policy and procedures apply for a few and not to all.

      Pros

      The health care providers I worked with were some of the most professional and hard working people I have ever know. This excludes any of the current management.

      Cons

      Where to start? The company it self seems to care only about profit and while doing so does not support their greatest assests, their employees. The high rate of dissatisfaction, the poor treatment by local on site management is akin to bullying, and the inconsistency in expectations from the employees is truly unprofessional. There seems to be a lack of integrity and professionalism in all facets and levels of the management I had any experience with.
