Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that your role allows you to utilize critical thinking and all of your nursing skills. We understand your concerns about leadership and the lack of streamlined processes. It’s important to note that the Maryland contract, which is now with another company, was tied to the state, limiting our ability to make certain changes. However, we are committed to improving our leadership and operational practices across the board at our remaining sites. Your input helps guide these improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Sincerely, Human Resources

Pros

Some HSAs and co-workers are okay. For the most part, they’re understaffed and constantly want you to pick up shifts or stay over if your relief doesn’t show up.

Cons

Short staffed, pay is okay but definitely lower than agency staff they have doing the same job, as usual.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of some of the HSAs and co-workers, though we understand the challenges you’ve experienced with staffing and scheduling. Staffing shortages are an ongoing focus for us, and we’re working to address these issues to improve the work environment for all employees. We also recognize the need to remain competitive with pay and bonuses, and your suggestion regarding sign-on and retention bonuses is appreciated as we continue evaluating our compensation strategies. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. Sincerely, Human Resources
