Pros

There is no longer and Pro's to working for this company.

Cons

No consistent leadership. All employees that made the company successful are gone. Laid people off who were on PTO. Losing contracts.

Pros

No good benfits. No overtime available for non nursing staff

Cons

Management should take classes on how to deal with employees. No possibility to move up. To much favoritism.

Pros

I absolutely loved my job! Everyday way a new challenge, that I looked forward to. I loved the fast pace of the environment. Meeting people from ALL walks of life and having the compassion and humility to remain objective and do my job.

Cons

No room for advancement. Pay or title not equal to the job done. Not a Team I was there for 11 years, I was one of the BEST. SUPERIOR on all of my reviews.

I’m sorry to hear you have moved on after such a long time with Corizon. Based on the title of the review, I can’t tell if you were an HST member or worked at one of our field locations. We don’t employ Doctor’s Assistants, so I can’t comment to what team you were working with. I hope you took any concerns to the Employee Relations team while you were here. I must say, one of the biggest things that has kept me at Corizon for 11 years, is in fact, the room for advancement. We have Vice Presidents that started as staff nurses, I’ve seen people move from one part of the HST office to a whole other sector as they chose to expand their professional career, and our internal promotional rate for nurses in to supervisory/management roles, is second to none. I’m sorry that this wasn’t your experience, and wish you the best on wherever your career takes you at this point. Sincerely, Courtney Penning Director of Talent Acquisition
