      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, especially if you are looking to advance your career. The company provides great learning opportunities and frequently recognizes hard work from dedicated employees. The culture is that of high expectations requiring thorough, quality work. The owners care a lot about the employee and their customer service mindset effectively trickles down through all the HQ staff. They offer great support to the employees on contract.

      Cons

      No cons specifically. Originally a small company that ballooned into a large company fairly quickly. Development of efficient processes took time to catch up to match the size of the company.

      Pros

      The salary is not bad and the benefits are also good.

      Cons

      This company is not worried about offering a good service for the army, but making money. They put any person to be instructor of a language, it is only necessary that the person can speak. They do not follow the minimum qualification rule to be an instructor who is 3+ in the OPI. They do not have any respect with the instructors. The army should be more careful about who they hire for their services.
