      Pros

      I was given an opportunity to work here with very little experience. Leadership is very involved in teaching less experienced employees and giving them encouragement/guidance. - opportunities to grow in the company in same or different departments (seen first hand) - open flow of communication for issues - hands on leadership from C level down - great work environment for morale - encourage professional development - excellent communication and training

      Cons

      No big cons/challenges. It’s a very fast paced/successful company and sometimes that can be overwhelming, which I think is probably normal.

      New company with a lot of energy and growth potential. Leadership demonstrates a caring for the team and support staff is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      New company that is experiencing some growing pains. Human resource functions have not grown at the needed rate to keep up with demands. The company is working through it.
