      Pros

      The executive leadership of this company promote a healthy corporate culture that encourages hard work. This company has experienced a lot of growth over the last year, but has not lost it's small business mentality. It is oustanding that the company went from under 100 employees to close to 1000 in a year and still manage to send each employee a personalized, signed birthday card and gift card. This has made me, and my colleagues, feel extremely valued. Everyone at Headquarters is customer service driven and very pleasant and quick to answer or assist when employees need something.

      Great Culture - People Oriented

      Pros

      Leaders really care about the people. The corporate culture is very easy going and casual. They go to a lot of effort to ensure senior leaders visit contract workforce. They have really good health insurance benefits, which reflects their focus on people.

      Cons

      It is a defense contractor, so it suffers from the ebbs and flows of contract work.
