Feel Bad At This Point

Pros

Industry standard pay and benefits

Cons

Leadership is out of touch. It's like watching a car crash in slow motion. There is a complete lack of respect for most employees and executives have a distorted sense of reality. I'm embarrassed to tell people I've worked here.

Alarming company culture

Pros

Remote work is great and most people are reliable

Cons

Horrible company culture that avoids conversations about diversity. Men pretend to care about women’s issues in half hearted ways. Little effort is made to improve with professional DI services.
