Offered challenging work with a great team in a flat work environment. Generated results focused on basic elements of efficiency, innovation and customer centric.

Cons

Not a place for hierarchy or ego.

None that I can think of- very unorganized company.

Cons

Before the buy-out, nepotism was rampant. Absolutely no fairness to employees unless you were "within the conclave" very bizarre work environment.

Historically has been a great place to start your career and gain great work experience in a friendly environment

Cons

Communication on work expectations, performance, compensation, etc. has become extinct. Since the buyout by Private Equity most of the corporate employees have resigned or been fired leading to a very low morale in the office.
