Pros

It’s fairly easy to get hired. Working at a medical device company may look good on your resume depending on what your future goals are.

Cons

Turnover is high. Management is ineffective, and have created a culture of fear. Band aid solutions are applied to serious problems, or they are unaddressed entirely. There is an Illusion of transparency, Leadership solicits employee feedback, but fails to acknowledge that concerns are valid when approached. Employee morale is low, and the office environment is awkward.

Great location, friendly and talented coworkers

Cons

Very misleading job description and incompetent management. Managers need to be properly vetted out and trained or turnover will keep happening on the marketing team.

Cons

Awful management, discriminate against women, pay continuously goes down while the company makes more money, treat sales staff like the lowest employees, terrible supply chain management, they can't get products in stock and can't get them shipped out and you don't get paid till things ship out.
