Pros
Will have to get back to you.
Cons
Where to begin? First and foremost, profits before people. Second, absolutely terrible communication/coordination top to bottom, cross discipline, and inter-site. Constantly redoing the org structure as if that will fix enterprise-wide leadership shortcomings. HR dept, top to bottom, is highly incompetent yet unjustifiably empowered. Constant executive level turnover: 3 CFOs, 3 SVP of Ops, 3 Controllers, (at least) 3 reorganizations of senior commercial team, revolving door of plant managers/plant leadership all in last 2 years -- and there's no end in sight. The irony is that the despite the name of this organization, there is no innovation, no new products, just failed acquisitions. If you want to be miserable, always left in the dark, be part of a reactive organization with no vision/direction, but be given a free lunch every now and again and told how lucky you are to work at such a wonderful place in such a phony culture, giddy up!
