      Pros

      6 hours per day guarantee and higher pay.

      Cons

      They throw trips on your tablet without prior notice and are now saying that if you cannot do it, you forfeit your daily guaranteed pay. We are told about *mandatory* meetings with less than 24 hours notice nearly every single time and are told that if we cannot attend, there will be disciplinary action. Our routes are never correct. We put in reports to HR about concerns and nothing is done. We put in incident reports for weeks/months regarding student behavior and get nearly zero support from the company or schools.

      Pros

      Welcome change of pace. I’ve worked in similar roles where everything was rigid—this is the first one where things are organized ahead of time. Things move quickly. There’s a rhythm in the workplace that helps the whole team keep up. Hard work is appreciated. Pay is solid and benefits kick in faster than other places I’ve worked. Most importantly, I feel like a real part of the team here.
