      Terrible management. Lack of respect for personnel. Way too many upper-level employees are useless. Lots of turnover in the office. No bonuses. Lack of respectable raises

      Lack of leadership. High turnover and poor bidding practices lead to projects continually running over budget. Lack of accountability from senior leadership. There’s a weird affinity for the US military that permeates throughout the work culture…. high stress environment, lack of transparency/accountability from decision makers, underpaid employees.
