Some of the young engineers are quite good.

Cons

Management will fire you with no warning and no PIP. They play favorites with who is allowed to work from home. They say to ask questions but really want no questions. Its a very white male company and very good old boy. I don't recommend working here.

Management passes a lot of racist comments. Blame first culture. Very toxic senior-level engineers. No appreciation for the work done. Unreasonable deadlines cause you to work over the weekends. Failure to retain good engineers and failure to train young engineers. Big on Nepotism
